Raw Foods Recipe for "Health Nut" Loaf

2 parts dried black figs 3/4 part ground seeded raisins
2 parts coconut flour* 1/2 part chopped filberts
3/4 part honey 1/2 part chopped Brazil nuts

*wheat flour or corn flour can be substituted. However coconut
flour is high in dietary fiber and protein, and is gluten-free

Black figs should be processed in food chopper and combined
with the rest of the ingredients. Press into oiled (coconut oil)
mold...and let stand for 24 hrs. Can be chilled. Let your imgination
be your guide substitute different ingredients and measurements.
