2 parsnips ground 1/4 cup freshly grated coconut
1 carrot ground fine 2 small green onions
1/2 cup ground rye 1 egg
Grind onions, parsnip and carrots. combine with remaining ingredients and mix well together
Shape into individual servings and serve on lettuce
1 cup strawberry juice 1/2 cup rhubarb juice
Use juicer again and combine
1lb ripe bananas 1/2 pound pine nuts ground
1lb ripe strawberries 1lb honey
1 cup fresh grated coconut 1 pt water
mash bananas and strawberries. combine with remaining ingredients and
mix thoroughly. Freeze
